Our Yirgacheff is an authentic heirloom variety bean, naturally processed by a dedicated, picky partner farm that still does things the traditional way. Because it is a natural process coffee, the fruit is left on the bean during drying, allowing the natural sugars to infuse the coffee with an incredibly distinct and vibrant flavor profile.
