Each box includes a variety of beef, pork, lamb, chicken, and goat. Plus, periodically enjoy special selections like duck, turkey, and quail. You can even customize your box to include organ meats if you prefer! You can opt-out of any one type of meat if you choose.

How does delivery/pickup work?

We offer free home delivery within Smith County and contiguous counties: Upshur County, Gregg County, Rusk County, Cherokee County, Henderson County, and Van Zandt County. You’re also welcome to pick up your box at our Market location. Delivery will occur on a set day each month—currently planned for the first Tuesday—so you’ll always know when to expect your fresh selection of pasture-raised meats! We also ship for an additional fee to be determined after you place your order.

How does customization work?

You have the flexibility to make each box your own. Customers can choose to opt out of a single meat category—so if you prefer to skip the goat, for example, just opt out at the time of sign-up! Plus, you can add organ meats to your box if desired, and these will count toward your total bundle weight.

Each month’s selection is a unique assortment! While the specific meats vary, each box is carefully packed to meet the total weight you’ve chosen. This way, you get a great variety every month with the full farm-to-table experience.
