How It Works: Farmer-Customer Agreement
Thank you for choosing Twisted V Ranch as your source for high-quality, pasture-raised meats. This page explains the agreement between our farm and our Monthly Box subscribers. By signing up, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Your Subscription Commitment
As a Monthly Box subscriber, you’re an essential part of our farm community, helping us bring fresh, responsibly raised meat to your table. By signing up, you commit to a monthly subscription, supporting our efforts to offer sustainable, high-quality meats for a 1 year period. Due to the nature of small-scale farming, subscriptions are non-refundable and cannot be canceled mid-cycle.
Our Commitment to You
We are committed to delivering healthy, flavorful, pasture-raised meats each month. Our animals are raised without hormones and are given ample space to roam, ensuring both quality and humane treatment. Every box is thoughtfully prepared with a selection of cuts that meet the highest standards for taste and freshness.
Transparency and Sourcing
We prioritize transparency in our farming practices. Most meats in your subscription box are raised here on our farm. Occasionally, to complete your box, we may include products sourced from trusted, local farms that meet our quality standards.
Your Account
When you join our subscription service, you create a secure customer account. Through this account, you can manage your subscription, adjust your preferences, and update payment information at any time.
Pricing and Payments
Subscription cost depends on the box size you select (Small: $239/month, Medium: $329/month, Large: $399/month). Your payment method on file will be automatically charged at the start of each month. You’ll receive a confirmation email with details of each transaction for your records. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider, ensuring your information remains private and protected.
Delivery and Pickup
We offer convenient delivery options for our subscribers. If you live within Smith County or Gregg County, Texas, you can choose home delivery (currently the first Tuesday). Alternatively, you’re welcome to pick up your box from our Market location.
Vacation and Delivery Suspension
We understand that life can get busy! If you’re unable to accept delivery or pick up your box because you will be away for an extended period, you have the option to suspend your delivery. Simply let us know by updating your account before the monthly cutoff (by noon on the Tuesday prior to delivery day), and we’ll hold your box till the next week and you can pick it up from the Market or we can donate your box for that month to a local food bank.
Holiday and Weather Adjustments
In the event of a holiday or severe weather, we may need to adjust delivery dates or temporarily pause deliveries. We’ll provide advance notice of any changes to ensure you can plan accordingly. Rest assured, we only charge for boxes that are delivered, so you won’t pay for any skipped deliveries due to unforeseen events.
Communication
We’ll stay in touch through email, providing updates on deliveries, billing, and farm news. By joining, you agree to check these emails so you’re always up-to-date with any important notifications. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We will never share your contact details, payment information, or other personal data with third parties.
